The invitation

Every pantheon said yes

Every pantheon got the same invitation, and every one of them said yes. Greek, Egyptian, Norse, the whole Heaven and Hell contingent. They are all coming, they are all bringing something, and none of them can agree on who is in charge.

Upstairs is Olympus: food, drink, and gods behaving badly. Downstairs is the underworld, where the costume contest happens and where, at some point in the evening, everyone in the house votes from their phone on who wore it best.

“Come as a god. Any god. Any pantheon. A bed sheet and a gold belt counts. So does a gym tank top and a plastic hammer.”

Say yes

The gods are expecting you. It takes about a minute.

The table

The Feast of the Gods

We provide

  • The mains, hot and plentiful, enough for a small mythology.
  • The bar: Ambrosia, Nectar and Mead, which are cocktails with delusions of grandeur.
  • Something non-alcoholic that still arrives in a dramatic glass.

You bring

  • A dish worthy of the gods, or at least worthy of a folding table.
  • Sides, snacks, desserts, breads: all welcome, all eaten.
  • Tell us in the RSVP so we can keep the table balanced.

Tell us about allergies in the RSVP and we will make sure there is something safe on the table.

We will send a running list of what people are bringing closer to the date, so we do not end up with nine desserts and no bread.
